SuperStart Volunteers

SuperStart Volunteers 

SuperStart is coming up, and we need volunteers to help make this event successful! If you’re available, consider signing up for one of the roles below. Volunteers should arrive at 5:00 PM on Friday, with a meeting at 5:30 PM before the event kicks off. You can volunteer for Friday, Saturday, or both days (except for Check-In, which is only needed on Friday).

Volunteer Roles:

Usher

Help attendees find their seats based on their lanyard colors. Seating rotates each session, so you’ll be guiding different groups throughout the event. A seating chart will be available in the lobby and on the SuperStart Web App, so having a phone or tablet handy will be helpful.

Store Team

Assist in running the event store! You’ll handle merchandise transactions, including cash handling for SuperStart attendees. After each selling session, cash aprons should be turned in to the SuperStart Store Manager. You’ll also help restock merchandise and, if available, assist with tearing down the store after the event.

Check-In (Friday only)

Help welcome churches and groups as they arrive. Your role will be assigned at the event, and any questions can be directed to the SuperStart Event Coordinator. Once check-in is complete and the last group has arrived, you’ll assist in tearing down the check-in area.

Camera Operator

CIY Production needs two volunteers per session to operate cameras and help run the session. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to assist and follow instructions!
