Spring Next Steps Groups

Impact is offering four Next Steps classes starting in late April that will go through mid-June.  This is a great opportunity to join a short-term group or focus on a specific topic that you can apply to your life.  Please note the details of each class as to whether there is a cost and if childcare is available for that class.  Not all classes are able to offer childcare due to space limitations.

• Option 1: Intentional Parenting: 10 Ways to Be an Exceptional Parent in a Quick-Fix World.  Discover practical ways to move beyond “quick fixes” toward a purposeful, plan-based parenting strategy.  This class will meet on Tuesday nights starting April 29th from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM at the Landing.  Class dates are 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/27, and 6/3.  Limited Childcare is available.  Select Parenting Class Childcare, if needed, as well as the Adult registration.

• Option 2: Betterlove = Better Marriage.  Want a better marriage? Join us as we walk through the Betterlove curriculum from Les and Leslie Parrot.   This class will meet on Monday nights starting May 5th from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM at the Landing.  Class dates are 5/5, 5/19, 6/2, 6/9, and 6/16.  It is highly recommended that you are able to make all 5 sessions for maximum benefit.  Limited Childcare is available.  Select Marriage Class Childcare, if needed, as well as the Adult registration.  There will be a $35 cost per couple for a marriage assessment during the sessions, but please contact the office (office@impactpittsburgh.com) if you need financial assistance with this cost.

• Option 3:  Unhindered Thirty Days: Discover Healing, Freedom, and Power Within – This study is for anyone dealing with hurts, habits, or hang ups that keeps them from experiencing the abundant life that Jesus promised.  This class will meet on Monday nights starting May 5th at 7:00 PM at the leader’s home in Moon Township.  It will last for six weeks.  Childcare is not available.

• Option 4: BLESS Your Neighbor. Using concepts from the book Gospel Threads, discover how to live for Jesus and on mission for Jesus in our world.  This class will meet on Tuesday nights starting on April 29th from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM at the Landing.  This class will last 4 weeks.  Class dates are 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, and either 5/20 or 5/27.   Limited childcare may be available as childcare for this class will share space with the Parenting Class childcare.  Childcare will open on 4/21, if available.
