
Micah Tyler Concert Volunteers
Thank you for your interest in helping with the Micah Tyler concert on Thursday, November 20th! Volunteers do not need a ticket to the concert, however you are NOT guaranteed to see the entire show. You must be 18 years of age to volunteer, unless otherwise noted.
Please note the start and end times listed for all roles. Most volunteer roles will need to be at Impact by 4:30 pm start training for the roles at 4:30 pm.
Volunteer Areas:
- Runners (9:00 AM – Midnight) – must have access to a van or large SUV and be able to drive multiple people with luggage, etc…to various places
- Load In/Load Out Team (Two shifts: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm and 9:30 pm – 11:00 pm) – must be able to lift heavy pounds
- Parking Team (4:30 pm – 10:00 pm)
- Ticket Scanners (4:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
- Box Office (4:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
- Merchandise Sales (4:30 pm – 10:00 pm)
- Ushers (4:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
- Cafe Team (4:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
- Chair Set Up Team** (Shift time TBD)
- Chair Tear Down Team** (Shift time TBD)

** These volunteers will NOT receive a ticket to the concert due to it possibly being on a different day and the amount of people needed.
