MEGA Week Volunteers

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!!

MEGA Week 2026 will be held the week of July 13th – 17th from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm each night. Volunteers should be here by 5:30 pm at the latest.

This will be a faith-filled week of fun, interactive messages, worship, small groups, activities, and personal reflection for elementary students! This year’s theme is “Illumination Station”.   Kids will learn about the Good News of Jesus as we shine a light on him!

We need YOU to help make MEGA Week 2026 a big success!

Please sign up to help with one of our eight tracks (Hockey, Adventure, Dance, Art, Preschool, STEAM, Turf Sports, Woodworking). We are also looking for help with  nursery, snack room, volunteer room, registration, decorations, and photography.

CLEARANCES REQUIRED:

We must have a copy of your clearances for you to volunteer at MEGA Week 2026. If we do not have them or they are not current, the church office team will contact you to provide directions for submitting them for free through the church. This must be submitted before June 14th to ensure we have all clearances back for MEGA Week.
