Concert Volunteers Needed

Thank you for your interest in helping with the Rend Collective concert on Thursday, April 16th!  Volunteers do not need a ticket to the concert, however you are NOT guaranteed to see the entire show. You must be 18 years of age to volunteer, unless otherwise noted.

Please note the start and end times listed for all roles.  Most volunteer roles will need to be at Impact by 4:30 pm to start training for the roles, but some start much earlier or much later than that.

Volunteer Areas:

• Runners (9:00 AM – Midnight) – must have access to a van or large SUV and be able to drive multiple people with luggage, etc…to various places
• Load In Team (10:45 am – 1:00 pm) – must be able to lift heavy objects (25 pounds plus)
• Load Out Team (9:00 pm – 11:30 pm) – must be able to lift heavy objects (25 pounds plus)
• **Parking Team (4:30 pm – 7:30 pm)** Does not receive a free ticket.
• Ticket Scanners (4:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
• Box Office (4:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
• Merchandise Sales (4:30 pm – 10:00 pm)
• Ushers (4:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
• Cafe Team (4:30 pm – 8:30 pm)
• **Chair Set Up Team(Time TBD)
• **Chair Tear Down Team** (Time TBD)
