MEGA Volunteers

MEGA Week 2024 will be held the week of June 10th – 14th from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm each night. Volunteers should be here by 5:30 pm at the latest.

This will be a faith-filled week of fun interactive messages, worship, small groups, activities, and personal reflection for elementary students! This year’s theme is “START THE PARTY!” and the kids will learn about the Good News!

We need YOU to help make MEGA Week 2024 a big success! Please sign up to help with one of our eight tracks (Adventure, Art, Coding, Dance, Golf, Hockey, Karate, and Woodworking) or to help with Preschool or Nursery.  We are also looking for a Nurse to be onsite during the week.

VOLUNTEER MEETING:

Please stay after service on one of these Sundays, where Jess will give you a 5-10 minute run-down about the area you plan on serving at. (May 5th, May 12th, May 19th, or May 26th).

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCES ARE REQUIRED
We must have a copy of your clearances for you to volunteer at MEGA Week 2024. If we do not have them or they are not current, Renee Holt will contact you to provide directions for submitting them for free through the church. This must be submitted before May 19th to ensure we have all clearances back for MEGA Week.
