The attitudes we bring into relationships are developed from our backgrounds and experiences. Whenever you're in conflict with someone there is one factor that can make the difference between damaging your relationship and deepening it. That factor is your attitude.
Having a healthy relationship does not mean that you don't struggle. It's actually the exact opposite... It's how you deal with the struggles in a relationship that makes it healthy or unhealthy. All relationships have struggles, it's what you do before, during and after that will make that relationship healthy or not.
