Paul did not do everything. He, as well as all of us, have unique parts to play in the mission of the gospel. There were unique things that Paul could do, and other he could not. What Paul couldn’t do, God used others to do (each person with his own gifts, quirks, and uniqueness). Trust God that He knows where to place you.
