Healthy relationships are built by building one another up. Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn't have to be destructive. When handled with humility, grace, and truth, conflict becomes a tool God uses to refine us, strengthen our relationships, and help us grow. As Proverbs says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." Just as important, the words we speak have the power to shape the people around us. God calls us to use our speech to encourage and strengthen others.
