Impact Christian Church exists to PURSUE God as we BUILD a community of believers unified on a mission to SHARE His hope.

Our beliefs

What we believe serves as the foundations of why we do what we do.

We believe that Jesus is God's Son and that He came to earth, fully God and fully man, lived a perfect and sinless life, was crucified on a cross, rose from the grave three days later, and ascended to heaven where He now sits at the right hand of the Father. We believe that Jesus died on the cross to close the gap between man and man's Creator and to pay the penalty for our sins. We believe that Jesus is coming back to judge the living and the dead. (John 1:1; John 14:6; 1 Timothy 2:5; John 3:16; Hebrews 4:15; 2 Corinthians 5:19,21; 1 Timothy 2:5; 3:16)

We believe that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and that the wages of sin is death. We also believe that forgiveness of sins and the promise of eternal life are available to all who trust Christ as Savior and Lord. We believe that those wishing to accept Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith, and be baptized into Him. (Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8,9; Romans 6:1-7)

Meet the Pastors

Born and raised in the ‘Burgh, Bill truly bleeds black 'n gold. He has been with Impact since 2001 and loves to help others realize their story in Jesus. One of his smartest life decisions was when he married Shelly in June 2001. They have three sons. Outside of serving the church, Bill finds his greatest life enjoyment in being a husband and father.

Kevin is originally from Stone Mountain, GA, and a graduate of Toccoa Falls Bible College. He also holds a master's degree from New Orleans Baptist Seminary. With over 30 years of ministry experience, Kevin brings a deep passion for leadership development and helping others grow in their relationship with God. He is married to Becca, who grew up in Mars, PA. They have two sons, David, 24, who is married to Hailey, and Micah, 22. Kevin is dedicated to building community and equipping people to serve and lead with integrity and faith.

Josh and his wife Laura grew up in Pittsburgh. Together they are a family of five–their oldest son Deacon, middle daughter Alessa, and youngest son Nico. Raising three young kids can be a handful, but family is important to them and one of the many things that attracted them to Impact. Josh received his Master of Divinity degree from Trinity School for Ministry and is a Biblical Studies Graduate of Geneva College. Josh looks forward to leading Impact into the presence of God each week in worship and hopes to get to know each of you!

Meet the Leadership Team

Jim has been at Impact for 40 years. He has served in various ministries, including as an elder. He has been married to his beautiful wife Patty for 50 years. Jim is a graduate of Geneva College and has a passion for helping those adults who have lost their way emotionally and spiritually in finding peace through Christ.

A proud Pittsburgh native, Joshua has worked across the country in a variety of capacities. From show business to non-profit work he brings a broad range of experience, talent, and skills to the Impact Christian Church team. He currently lives in Moon Township and has an adorable beagle named Barnum!

Tristan is from Indiana and is a recent Johnson University Graduate. His passion is for students with a current focus on Gen Z and looking at how to better connect with them. Tristan also loves exploring new places and hopes to learn more about Pittsburgh.

David was born in Atlanta but was in Morgantown where he met his beautiful wife, Hailey. He has been working for five years in both Kids and Student Ministry. David finds the most joy when he can help others grow and develop their talents and relationship with Jesus. He currently lives in the Mars area, with his two cats Elide and Rukka!

Lisa and her family have been attending Impact since 2014. She loves serving God and people. She has been married to her husband Roy since 1990. They have three grown sons and a daughter-in-law. Lisa's greatest joy is being together as a family.

Renee grew up in churches all over the country and has served in various ministries. She has been a member of Impact since 2009 and Moon Township is her home now. Renee is married to Ben, and they are blessed with one daughter and one son. Renee’s greatest joys are serving God, helping people, and playing games with family and friends.

Brenda has been attending Impact for over eight years and has served in various capacities, including music ministry, camera operations, and back-of-house sound. She is an artist, writer, and tattoo artist in the Pittsburgh area. Her greatest joys are spending time with family, making music, and enjoying nature.

When she isn't writing or volunteering at her local library, Rebecca is involved in Pittsburgh's thriving theatre community. Her experience with industry professionals allows her to combine faith-based curriculum with practical, real-world resources. She and her family were first drawn to Impact Christian Church because of its unflagging commitment to serving the wider community in tangible ways. A lifelong Pittsburgher, Rebecca lives in the South Hills with her husband, Ross, their two sons, and several rescue cats.

Grace brings a passion for coffee and community to The Landing Grounds Cafe, having previously managed a cafe in Golden, Colorado, where she discovered the joy of serving others and fostering connections through a shared love of coffee. She also enjoys traveling, doing art, and spending time with her two cats.

Ed has called Pittsburgh home his whole life, with family ties to Ingram and Mt. Washington. After trying his hand at chimney sweeping, he has worked for 10 years in residential maintenance. When he is not working, Ed enjoys staying active. His interests include hiking and biking on trails, playing chess, working out, and thrifting for bargains with his girlfriend. He has a black-eyed, white ferret named Claira who is the star of his YouTube channel.

Learn About Our Elders

Rege is married to his beautiful wife Dawn and has two grown children and three grandchildren. The Corrie family has attended Impact Christian Church for 29 years. Rege was raised in a Christian Church his entire life. He is now retired from the Pepsi-Cola company and is a huge fan of any kind of sports.

Duane and his family joined Impact in 1991.They have been attending and involved with the church ever since. Duane and Traci live outside of Imperial, PA, and Carli and JD are out of the nest and pursuing careers in Athletic Training. Duane is a big sports fan. He also runs our adult basketball outreach as well as assisting Impact's Safety Team and Social Media Team.

Steve is a retired airline captain. After almost 40 years of airline flying, he enjoys being with his wife, Pam, their children, and grandchildren. Steve enjoys turning wrenches on old cars and flying small planes. He especially enjoys time with his fellow elders and leadership team at Impact.

A 38-year member of Impact Christian Church, Bill has turned his passion for personal computers into a 20-year ministry. As an active church leader, he has witnessed God’s blessings on many lives and in the growth of the church. Bill and his wife of 40 years, Annette, live in Imperial and enjoy three generations of family being involved at Impact.

Born and raised in Coraopolis, Chris started attending Impact 40 years ago. He and his wife currently reside in Moon Township with their five children, who are fourth generation members here, serving the body of Christ at Impact. Chris is a business executive who began his career in mechanical engineering, and now travels extensively all over the world sharing the love of Christ wherever he goes.

Bill has been married to his beautiful bride, Missy, for over three decades, much of that time they have been faithful members of Impact. Bill has served in many roles over the years. They have three adult children who are all married, and they are proud “fur” grandparents. Bill and Missy are now true “empty nesters” and enjoying this time of life together.

Rajan has been attending Impact Christian Church since 2009. He was baptized in 2004 in Pines, FL. He is currently serving in various volunteer roles at Impact as a Growth Group Leader and serves on our Tech Team. His favorite scripture verse is Habakkuk 3:19. Rajan has worked for FedEx for the past thirteen years and currently leads one of their IT Teams. He is married to his beautiful wife Reena and they have two children Reuel and Raniel.

Patrick has enjoyed serving at Impact in various capacities over the last 35 years. He and his wife Marci have two adult children who are married. As they enter the empty nest phase of life, their dog Sam keeps them entertained.
