MEGA Fall Fest Volunteers

Thank you for being part of MEGA Fall Fest! This event wouldn’t be possible without your energy and willingness to serve. Here’s everything you need to know:

Schedule for Volunteers

Doors open at 5:00 PM
Dinner is served 5:00–5:30 PM (come hungry!)
Please arrive no later than 5:30 PM so you’re ready before families arrive!
The event runs 6:00–8:30 PM
We ask all volunteers to stay for tear down — everything is usually wrapped up by 9:00 PM

Volunteer Roles

Games Team (Growth Tracks) – choose from our provided game list or create your own! We’ll make sure you have what you need.
Guest Services – greet families as they arrive and help them feel welcome.
Inflatables Team – keep kids safe and lines moving.
Crafts & Face Painting Team – assist with fun projects and activities.
Tech Team – support sound, lighting, and slides.
Setup & Tear-Down Teams – the behind-the-scenes heroes who make it all possible.

Notes for Growth Tracks 🎯
Each Growth Track group will be responsible for leading a game station. You can:
Pick from the game list we provide, or Create your own (must be family-friendly, simple, and safe).
